Quotas

The Quotas page controls how often VFS quota usage is recalculated across the virtual site. It does not set the quota limits themselves; per VFS soft and hard quotas are configured on each virtual file system in the VFS editor. This page tunes the schedule on which the server measures how much of those quotas is in use.

Approximate refresh (minutes)

The Approximate refresh (minutes) setting controls the in-context approximate refresh of VFS quotas. The server refreshes the approximate usage at least this often. This refresh is lightweight, so it can run frequently to keep usage figures reasonably current.

The value is in minutes, with a minimum of 1.

Full refresh (minutes)

The Full refresh (minutes) setting controls the full exact refresh of VFS quotas, performed via TreeSize. This calculation is exact but heavy; do not run it too often.
